Submit Your Poster – Optica Silicon Valley @ OzenCon 2026

Are you a PhD student, postdoc, or early-career researcher working in simulation for optics and photonics?

This is your opportunity to present your work at a high-impact industry event and connect directly with experts in optical design, simulation, and product development.

Optica Silicon Valley is hosting a peer-reviewed poster session as part of OzenCon 2026, a leading simulation and multiphysics conference organized by Ozen Engineering. We welcome submissions from across the optics and photonics fields.

Topics of Interest

We invite 1-page abstracts on any simulation or modeling work related to optics and photonics, including (but not limited to):

• Optical system simulation (imaging, illumination, fiber optics, free-space)
• Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs)
• Laser modeling and beam propagation
• Optomechanics and structural simulation
• Thermal, electrical, and multiphysics coupling
• Machine learning and automation for optics simulation
• New algorithms, AI or deep learning solutions, accelerated simulations
• AR/VR/MR, biomedical optics, quantum photonics, metrology, and more

Recognition & Publication

• Accepted posters will be published under a Creative Commons license on the Optica Silicon Valley website and arXiv.org
• Authors retain full rights to publish or present their work elsewhere

Important Dates

• Submission deadline: February 10, 2026
• Notification of acceptance: February 24, 2026
• Conference date: March 10, 2026 (Sunnyvale, CA)

Submission Requirements

• Prepare a 1-page PDF abstract using the official template
• Include at least one figure or table (300 dpi, grayscale-friendly)
• Follow this filename format: LastName_FirstInitial_Abstract.pdf
• Submit your abstract via the OzenCon registration form (select “I’d like to submit a poster” to proceed with your poster PDF upload)
